Our Story
Tidy Act was founded by Michael Jones, a Northridge resident with a background in insurance, compliance, and operations. After years in a field built on risk management and attention to detail, Michael wanted to establish a home cleaning service in the San Fernando Valley where those same principles make a real difference for homeowners. This is the story of how Tidy Act came to be.
How We Work
Tidy Act provides home cleaning services in the San Fernando Valley, coordinating every job through a network of independent, licensed, and insured cleaning professionals. We handle customer communication, scheduling, and payment so our cleaning partners can focus on delivering quality work.
Every cleaning professional we work with is required to carry general liability insurance, in line with California’s contractor licensing standards, and meet our standards before performing any service. We don’t send anyone into a customer’s home that we haven’t vetted.
This model allows us to maintain consistent quality oversight and responsive customer service while working with experienced local cleaning professionals who know the Valley.
